3DBioCAD is looking for a CAD/CAM Technical Support Specialist. Your job is to train and support our clients on the software and hardware of our CAD/CAM equipment.
Provide customers with technical support
Communicate with manufacturers in order to assist customers
Cooperate with management to complete various projects
Be able to learn and properly support a variety of CAD/CAM systems
Write comprehensive service reports for customer service cases
Travel may be required for training purposes
Must have 1+ year work experience in technical support
Experience with CAD/CAM systems
Knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to: basic navigation with GUI, file manipulation, networking, etc. Primary OS is Windows 7/8
Must be willing and eager to work in a team environment
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
